This document presents findings from a quantitative investigation into consumer experiences, perceptions and concerns in the communications market.
ACCAN partnered with Ipsos Social Research Institute to conduct a national telephone survey of 800 respondents in July and August 2012. Minimum quotas were set to ensure the sample was broadly representative by age and gender. The survey is the first in an annual series designed to be an ongoing monitor that will capture trends and changes in the consumer experience.
