Ash Fowler is a policy officer with the Combined Pensioners and Superannuants Association (CPSA), a membership-based non-profit organisation that has been speaking up for pensioners since 1931. Their advocacy work focuses on issues that impact older people, which includes the digital divide.

Ash is also a qualified social worker with experience in mental health and disability. They are currently studying towards a Master of Social Justice (Human Rights) at The University of Sydney.
