ACCAN recently submitted to the ACCC’s consultation on the Environmental and sustainability claims - Draft guidance for business (the Draft Guidance).

ACCAN supports:

  • The Draft Guidance’s principles and believes that the Draft Guidance will assist businesses in making more trustworthy environmental and sustainability claims.
  • Retail Service Providers (RSPs) providing comprehensive information to consumers related to their sustainability claims.
