This collaboration will strengthen our understanding of what matters most to citizens and consumers in the media and communication space, how they go about fulfilling their needs and goals and what is the best way to help them achieve that.

To that end, the ACMA is researching user needs to reach practical conclusions on how best to use the web channel as a means of engaging and delivering services for our users. The ACMA would like to recruit a broad sample of users from the general community  in order to engage in direct research activities.
