Justice Connect, a pro bono legal organisation that provides migrant outreach services, documented the experience of migrants who have difficulties paying mobile phone bills. The project followed their journey through seeking legal advice, negotiating with telecommunications providers and complaint handling.

A Bring Your Bills event was held where migrants received legal advice or explanations about telecommunications charges. Justice Connect then documented the clients' stories of their disputes and the resolution process. The report from this event can be downloaded below.

Justice Connect also provided education and training to a group of migrants about telecommunications in Australia. The group was then mentored to create information videos in various languages for other non-English speaking consumers. These videos are featured below.
